Phyllis B. Frank

Phyllis B. Frank is Assistant Executive Director of VCS Inc, a venerable non-profit family service organization serving Rockland and surrounding communities for more than forty years.

VCS provides a wide range of counseling, training and community programs with an innovative, VCS trained, volunteer work force. In addition, VCS has a social justice mission. Phyllis oversees that work which is against sexism, racism, economic injustice and, importantly for this program, in behalf of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender equality. She is also Director of VCS’ annual Gay Pride Rockland celebration held each year in June.
